购买与会员

购买和付款由 Apple App Store 处理。Beanlog 在设备上核验 Apple 提供的购买状态，以提供会员权益；不接收你的银行卡信息，不将购买凭据写入豆库备份或通过豆库同步。App Store 的购买账户与 iCloud 数据账户可能不同。

你的咖啡记录

Beanlog 将豆袋照片、抠图、评分、笔记、购买和饮用记录保存在本机。App 不要求注册账号，没有广告或第三方行为分析。只有你主动开启 iCloud 同步后，收藏资料和照片才会上传到你的私人 iCloud 空间。照片抠图始终在设备上完成。

照片与 AI 抠图

拍照时才请求相机权限；从相册选择时仅接收你选中的照片。抠图在设备上完成，原图单独保留。保存海报时请求添加照片权限。你可以在系统设置中管理权限，拒绝权限不会影响已有记录的查看。

备份、分享与外部链接

手动导出的完整备份包含原图和全部豆库记录，请只保存到你信任的位置。你可以选择文件服务或 iCloud Drive，相关服务按其自身政策处理文件。分享海报或反馈时，只有你确认后才交给所选应用。打开外部链接后，目标网站可能记录访问数据。

iCloud 自动备份与同步

具备 iCloud 签名能力的版本支持主动开启自动备份与多设备同步。同步使用你的 Apple 账户私人空间，不经开发者服务器。照片、豆库资料及不含健康摄入值的饮用记录参与同步；咖啡因、饮水量和健康同步账本不上传。编辑和删除会同步到其他已开启同步的设备，历史版本仍保留用于恢复。关闭同步不删除已有本机或云端资料。后台执行由系统调度，网络、空间或账户异常可能延迟同步。

健康 App

你可以分别授权将已填写的咖啡因和饮水量写入健康 App。我们不读取其他健康数据。启用时会确认是否同步已有记录；关闭后停止后续同步，已有健康记录保留。启用期间修改或删除记录会尝试更新对应健康数据，失败可重试。摄入量也保存在本机和你导出的完整备份中，不会上传我们的服务器。卸载或换机后，旧安装的健康记录可能需要在健康 App 中手动管理。

本地通知

启用后，设备根据你填写的赏味日期和剩余杯数安排提醒，不向我们的服务器发送豆子资料。通知可能在锁屏显示豆子名称，可在系统设置中调整预览或关闭通知。

删除与保留

删除收藏会从当前豆库移除资料和照片，但不会修改已有备份或恢复快照。恢复前快照可能仍保留旧记录。若要移除所有副本，还需删除自行导出的文件、分享图片和设备备份；删除 App 会移除其本地数据，但不会删除外部副本。系统设备备份是否包含应用数据取决于你的系统设置。

反馈信息

你主动提交飞书反馈表单后，反馈内容及选填的联系方式、设备与版本会保存在飞书，供开发者处理建议和回复。App 不会自动上传豆库或反馈草稿。仅需填写反馈内容，请勿提交密码、备份文件或健康资料。你也可以通过邮件或小红书联系开发者，相关服务按其自身政策处理信息。

Purchases and membership

Purchases and payments are handled by the Apple App Store. Beanlog verifies purchase status provided by Apple on your device to enable membership features. We do not receive your card details. Purchase credentials are not included in collection backups or synced with your collection. Your App Store purchase account may differ from your iCloud data account.

Your coffee records

Beanlog stores coffee bag photos, cutouts, ratings, notes, purchase and drinking records on this device. No app account, ads or third-party behavioral analytics are required. Collection data and photos are uploaded to your private iCloud space only when you enable sync. Photo cutouts are always processed on-device.

Photos and AI cutouts

Camera permission is requested only when taking a photo. When choosing from your library, Beanlog receives only selected photos. Cutouts are processed on your device and originals are kept separately. Saving posters requires permission to add photos. Manage permissions in Settings; declining them does not prevent viewing existing records.

Backups, sharing and external links

Manually exported backups contain original photos and all library records. Save them only to locations you trust. File services and iCloud Drive process files under their own policies. Posters and feedback are shared only after you confirm. External websites may record visits.

iCloud automatic backup and sync

Builds with iCloud signing capabilities offer opt-in automatic backup and device sync using your private Apple Account space, without developer servers. Photos, library data and drinking records without health intake values are synced. Caffeine, water intake and the Health sync ledger are excluded. Edits and deletions sync to other enabled devices; historical revisions remain for recovery. Disabling sync does not delete local or cloud data. The system schedules background work; network, storage or account issues may delay syncing.

Health

You can separately authorize writing recorded caffeine and water intake to Health. We do not read other health data. When enabling sync, you will be asked to confirm syncing existing records. Turning sync off stops future updates and keeps existing Health records. While sync is enabled, edits and deletions attempt to update the corresponding Health data; failed updates can be retried. Intake is also saved locally and in your exported full backups, and is not uploaded to our servers. After reinstalling or changing devices, you may need to manage Health records from the previous installation manually in the Health app.

Local notifications

If enabled, your device schedules reminders based on the tasting dates and remaining cups you record. Bean details are not sent to our servers. Notifications may show bean names on the lock screen. Adjust previews or turn off notifications in Settings.

Deletion and retention

Deleting a bag removes its records and photos from the current library but does not change existing backups or recovery snapshots, which may retain older records. To remove all copies, also delete exported files, shared images and device backups. Deleting the app removes its local data, not external copies. Whether device backups include app data depends on your system settings.

Feedback information

When you submit the Feishu feedback form, your feedback and any optional contact details, device and version information are stored in Feishu for the developer to review and respond. The app does not automatically upload your library or feedback draft. Only feedback is required; do not submit passwords, backup files or health data. You may also contact the developer by email or Xiaohongshu; those services process information under their own policies.
